John Warner

John is founder and CEO of InnoVenture LLC. He is a recognized leader in the southeastern innovation and entrepreneurial community. He has thirty years of experience in leadership positions as senior manager of KPMG, a global professional services firm; President and co-founder of Capital Insights, a successful SC venture capital firm; Chairman of Earth Fare, a highly successful entrepreneurial company, VP of KEMET, a global NYSE manufacturer, and co-founder of Hoowaki, a high technology start-up. He publishes the SwampFox.ws website and a related weekly email and SC public radio update. He has held numerous community leadership positions and has won several awards for his work.

Butler Mullins

Butler is COO of InnoVenture LLC who has enjoyed an over thirty year career in the conference and trade show industry. He was President of the Palmetto Expo Center (now the Carolina First Center), where he directed a staff of 70 full time and 400+ part-time personnel with an annual operating budget of $4 million and more than 500 events hosted annually. As director of the American Textile Machinery Exhibition-International 2004, he directed all aspects of the international 480 firm exhibition of textile machinery, equipment and supplies, attended by 7,500 manufacturing executives from 48 countries. He has held numerous community leadership positions.

Jessica Moss

Jessica is Director of Business Development. She graduated from Wright State University with BS in Business majoring in International Business and Economics. Beginning her career as an Account Executive and Sales Manager at Pitney Bowes, she attended all of the sales conferences for outstanding performance. In 2006 Jessica moved to Prague, Czech Republic and was certified to teach English as a foreign language to professionals at clients including Dannon, Deloitte, Schneider Electric, and Johnson and Johnson. She Worked in Costa Rica for 6 months as a Business English Instructor at Scotiabank and Demasa. She spent 2 and a half years as a Business Development Manager at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, where she was a top performer working with large strategic accounts.
